How we create our studio experience

Getting to know your event
Through a 30 minute video call we will get to know you and your event so that we can design the ultimate experience for you and your guests.
Taking care of the details
We will communicate directly with the venue, and conduct a site visit when necessary, to make sure that we have the space and facilities that we need.
The ultimate portrait experience
We set up our studio before your guests arrive and stay for the duration of your event. Open studio time is up to you , we will be ready whenever your guests need us.
What you get as the host
Every portrait is quickly edited, named, branded and uploaded to a bespoke event webpage for you to access immediately - ready for you to share and make your event go viral.
A gift for every guest
Guests will be able to access the branded images via a QR code and download them directly to their device.

Each guest will be given a beautiful A5 print to take home with them as a gift.

Thom Pierce (born 1978 in Jersey, Channel Islands) is an award-winning British photographic artist, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

His work explores the line between art, documentary, and traditional portrait photography to create carefully crafted dramatic images. He splits his time between personal projects and commissioned work.
